As a critical fashion [re]curator, I explore the possibility of a counterbalance to fashion’s normative, mostly visual, blueprint nature, through embodied language.
An MA in Art History [UGhent] followed by an MA in Critical Fashion Practices [ArtEZ] granted me the time and space to [re]consider the notion of fashion from A to Z.
From Archives, Copywriting, Editorials and Fiction
to Interviews, Museums, Poetry, and Storytelling.
Aside from projects through prActiZe, I contribute to platforms such as 1 Granary and ARCHIVE.pdf, which take a critical stance and resist immediacy. Through these lenses, I voice an alternative narrative, unlike traditional fashion coverage as we know it.
